1) Going to visit you at the hospital after you were born. I was your first caretaker because no one else could visit you.
2) When your body began to develop.
3) Your ability to carry out tasks with excellence.
4) A few weeks ago I asked you to clean some items in the kitchen. I knew you would do a good job, but when I went into the kitchen it was spotless. You did a great job!!!
julian-here are my mothers answers to my interview 1.when i was 2 in puerto rico i was a risk taker an di enjoyed throwing myself in the pool and that i was fearless. 2.when i started 4th grade i was embarrased to kiss my mom in front of my friends 3.my perseverence 4.last year in the championship our team was losing but we or i didnt give up and played to the last minute and we won and thta shows my perseverence.
What is one of your favorite memories about me as a young child? That would be of me and your dad taking you to the park. You would have the best time. Laughing & playing. I would go at one end of the monkey bars and your dad at the other and you would make it across because you knew that we were there to catch you.
2. When did you first begin to realize that I was no longer a young child? (That I was growing up!) That would be last year. In the morning I would drive you to school and you all of a sudden would prefer that I left you about 1/2 a block away...you would say that it made it easier to just walk but I knew it was because my little girl was getting older and having me drop you off was a little embarassing for you.
3. What do you think my greatest strength is? I would definately say it's your ambition. When something is new or of interest to you, you want to learn everything and anything about it and then master it. You strive for excellence through your ambition.
4. Think of one story from the past that illustrates who I am. Sometime this past summer, you went to the park with one of your frieds and you both found a cell phone. Well your friend wanted to keep the phone but not you. You knew who's ever it belonged to, would be missing it and sure enough the person came back to the park retracing their steps and you noticed. And you convincingly talked your friend into what was the right thing to do and the phone was returned. You are an honest person and very giving.
We are planning on running 26.2 Miles on November 6th, 2011. Yes, we are a little bit crazy. We are running with Team World Vision to help children in Africa and Central America who are in need of clean water, food and education. We hope to have a total of 26 children sponsored before we run the race- one child for each mile.
We currently have 18 out of 26 children sponsored!
Please consider sponsoring a child this week!
